Ordered my MMI interface for my F85 X5M, got my order quick, when I opened the box everything was packaged very nice, all harnesses were labelled and MMI interface looks great. Install took about 30 mins, before re-assembling vehicle, tested system, had an issue with no audio even when AUX was selected in the iDrive, customer support was truly amazing and figured it out to be ground wires had to be connected between 2 harnesses which were labelled. Once everything was put back together, tested whole MMI system, everything works perfect and seamlessly between factory and MMI. Would definitely recommend for any BMW that does not have CarPlay.

Unit didn’t come with instructions. after trying to install for three days they emailed me a YouTube video which helped a little. Then felt bothered while trying to get some type of customer service over the phone to help me out. When I finally figured out how to install it the unit didn’t even work. My patience ran out and decided to return and get a refund, I was told I would have to return it to china. I didn’t buy it from china I bought from this company. Now it’s just sitting in my garage. Basically spent over $300 for some junk that’s just collecting dust on my shelf.
